Dennis Chang, D.O.

Dr. Chang is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. He graduated from University of California, Irvine with duo degrees in Immunology and Microbiology from undergraduate study. He received his doctoral degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, before completing his residency training in New York with SUNY Stony Brook and Northwell Health.

He takes special interests in partnering with patients to promote health collaboratively in wide arrange of acute and chronic issues. He's passionate in helping people understand their health to formulate goals together. Health should be a lifestyle, not just a checklist!
