At DGC Medical, we accept major insurance plans as well as accommodating to those without insurance. In addition, we offer Direct Primary Care for those who desire to have a closer partnership of their health with their healthcare provider.

Primary Care: 

    New Patient Video Visit: $125

    Established Patient Video visit: $100

    Established Patient Single Problem Message Consult: $30

Urgent Care: 15 minutes Video visit for problem focused care $65

*Age 50 and above will have an additional $25 base fee

Direct Primary Care (DPC)

DPC is for people who desire to have a closer collaboration with their healthcare provider for personalized care. This does not utilize insurance and is not a substitute for insurance. Learn more about DPC if it's right for you and specific terms and details.

Monthly Membership: $150 for the first visit. $50 monthly fee. Cancel whenever. 

*Age 50 and above will have an additional $25 base fee
